OUR VISION
Our aim is to provide comfortable and quality accommodation service for business and leisure customers. We focus on business class apartments providing high level accommodation within Aberdeen City. Most of our properties will provide beneficial features like private parking, city centre lcoation, recent renovations and other handy perks. We can offer from 2 bedroom up to 9 bedrooms sized properties for your needs.

STANDARD POLICIES
*No parties, events or other celebrations
*No smoking in the property
*No pets or animals allowed
*Quiet hours from 11pm-7am
*Main guest 21 years or over
*No third parties allowed to access the premises

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
We would usually ask for a full payment to secure your booking. This shows us your seriousness and intention to secure our apartments for your stay. We usually do not require deposit, however, if we believe that on certain occasion we might ask one we will let you know in advance in written confirming all the essential details of this procedure.

ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
Standard check-in time starts at 4pm and onwards. All information regarding yoru arrival will be provided 2 days before your check-in. We can not guarantee early check-in even as a paid option. If we do have availability for the request received we might offer different check-in time.

DEPARTURE AND CHECK-OUT
Standard check-out time is defined by 10am. All information regarding your departure will be provided 1 day before check-out date. We can not guarantee later check-out even as paid option. If we do have availability for the request received we might offer different check-out time.

ARBITRAGE AND MEDIATION
We look very seriously into our policies and any policy breach might lead to immediate contract termination, including being asked to leave the premises or involvement of law enforcement institution and any other legal actions we might consider depending on the specifics of situation occurred including any relevant mediation procedures.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancelation policy is non-refundable, however, if there is more than 30 calendar days left before your check-in and you can provide a serious ground for your request we will issue full refund for your reservation unless otherwise was agreed in written in between both parties.
