CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancelation policy is non-refundable, however, if there is more than 30 calendar days left before your check-in and you can provide a serious ground for your request we will issue full refund for your reservation unless otherwise was agreed in written in between both parties.


PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
We would usually ask for a full payment to secure your booking. This shows us your seriousness and intention to secure our apartments for your stay. We usually do not require deposit, however, if we believe that on certain occasion we might ask one we will let you know in advance in written confirming all the essential details of this procedure.


ARRIVALS AND CHECK-IN
Standard check-in time starts at 3pm and onwards, however, please check individual property listing for further details as some of our aprtments might have different check-in time.
All information regarding yoru arrival will be provided 2 days before your check-in. We can not guarantee early check-in even as a paid option. If we do have availability for the request received we might offer different check-in time. However, every situation is individual and no warrant is given in advance.


DEPARTURE AND CHECK-OUT
Standard check-in time starts at 3pm and onwards, however, please check individual property listing for further details as some of our aprtments might have different check-in time.
