Lovely apartment but location let it down Positive: This is a stunning apartment, we loved the decor & the feel of the place once inside and the door was closed. We got stuck in Dundee during a snow storm & just wanted somewhere to bunk down for a few days. It had everything we needed. The host was responsive when messaged Negative: The noise from outside is quite intrusive. There are buses stopping outside every few minutes and general noise from the street. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and the lift wasn’t working. I found walking from the front door up to the apartment quite unsettling to the point that I wouldn’t go out by myself. We did report a few maintenance issues with the agency which they said they would come and see to whilst we were staying but my partner was ill and didn’t want work going on around him. One of these was bad paint peeling above the headboard of our bed & another was tiles in the bathroom lifting when we walked on them with bare feet so surely these should have been dealt with before letting the apartment.

Positive: Idéalement situé, proche de tout !

average Negative: No windows in the livingroom, heavy traffic outside, poor entrance, elevator broken down. Not possible to provide missing tea towel(s)

Very clean and ideally located. Positive: Location. Lovely decorated apartment. Very clean. Great facilities. Negative: Lift broken and 54 steps. Communal areas very grubby and unkempt.
